Option 1 - HELP RESIDENCE
The HELP Residence is a purpose-built student residential facility. This twenty-one storey building comprises 432 rooms with a capacity to house 828 residents. The HELP Residence is divided into male and female sections. The male section is from level 2 to 10 and the female section is from level 11 to 19.
Features & Facilities
* Soft linen such as pillow and pillow case, bed sheet and blanket are not provided for student residents. These items can be purchased at the Residence Management Office.

Option 2 - BATAI HOSTEL

- Wide choice of single or twin-shared accommodation to suit the individual budget
- Separate male and female sections

- Rooms furnished with curtain, cupboard, bed and mattress, study table and chair for each student

- Rental includes only water usage. Electricity charges are borne by tenants

TENANCY TERMS
Minimum 6 months. A rebate of RM30 for each month’s stay will be given for stays of more than 6 months only for the HELP Residence.
International Arrivals
International students arriving for the first time will be allowed to check-in after office hours. A 7-day advance notice of arrival date and time to the HELP Residence Management Office is required to facilitate a smooth check-in. Arrivals without prior notice may not be attended to.
GUEST ROOM
To create convenience for parents to visit their children who are studying at HELP, HELP Residence has allocated rooms for parents to stay on a daily basis. The daily room rate applies. Please refer to the Rate Schedules above for details. Application for room could be made either by the parent or the child who is residing at the HELP Residence.

Office hours:
Mondays to Fridays 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
Saturdays 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
Sundays and Public Holidays Closed
