SUN-U Apartment  Our Sun-U apartment is located within the vicinity of the Sunway University main campus. It comprise of 8 blocks of 5 storey walk up apartment with a total 160 units apartment space. Of these, 4 units are for wardens, 5 units for amenities and 151 units for students. These 151 units apartment can accommodate 1,208 students. Each student apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living and kitchen area. These apartments are equipped with single beds, mattresses, study table and chair, wardrobe, hot water heater, a refrigerator and internet ports. We emphasize on clean, healthy and safe living and as such all residents MUST provide their own pillows, bed-sheets, blankets, towels, padlocks for wardrobes and other personal effects. SUN-U Residence  The Sun-U Residence (formerly known as Sunway Condo Hostel) is managed professionally by a team of experienced wardens to create a home away from home living environment. It comprise of 2 blocks of 25-storey building with a total of 250 condo units. The 250 units can accommodate a total of 1643 students. Each student condominium has 4 bedrooms, 2 bath and wash area, a living and a kitchen area. These condo units are equipped with air-conditioning, single beds, mattresses, study table and chair, wardrobe, hot water heater, a refrigerator and internet ports. We emphasize on clean, healthy and safe living and as such all residents MUST provide their own pillows, bed-sheets, blankets, towels, padlocks for wardrobes and other personal effects. |
