We are aware that choosing the right accommodation can be a difficult decision; therefore we hope that the information provided herein will help you in your decision making process. Established particularly to assist and provide students with accommodation of their choice, we at Taylor's Residences look forward to be of service to you.

Taylor's University College campuses are strategically located in the modern and well-planned township of Subang Jaya and its neighbouring Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya. These townships, which are part of the most developed state in Malaysia, have excellent infrastructure ranging from family-friendly attractions such as a theme parks, shopping malls, cinemas and restaurants to basic necessities such as hospitals, banks, colleges and university placement centres. The townships of Subang Jaya and Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya are also easily accessible as they are just 30 minutes away from Kuala Lumpur city, the capital of Malaysia; and are linked by highways to all major destinations in the Klang Valley. The Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is about 30 minutes drive south of Subang Jaya and Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya.

Imputed into the monthly rental will be charges for utilities (electricity and water), at an estimated sum of RM100 or RM 200 per month/per unit depending on the type of accommodation chosen. However, should the actual billings exceed the above rates; the excess charges will be borne by the occupants of the unit.

Every Unit Offers:

2-3 bedrooms with an attached bathroom in the master bedroom

Comfortable accommodation for up to 7 students

A choice of single or twin sharing bedroom

Air-conditioning in all rooms

Do's and Don'ts

It is the responsibility of all students to live in harmony. As such, students shall at all times have good understanding, tolerance and respect for their housemates and neighbours, which is essential for harmonious community living.

Students are to strictly observe the following rules and regulations:

Do

• Respect each other's customs, race, religion and social obligations.
• Notify the Warden or the Taylor's Residences Office of absences for a night or more.
• Be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the unit and proper usage of its furnishings.
• Report to the Warden or the Taylor's Residences Office if students have contracted or are suffering from any contagious diseases such as Typhoid, Hepatitis, Measles, Chicken Pox, etc.

Do Not

• Bring non-Halal food (such as pork, luncheon meat, etc.) or cooking utensils used to cook non-Halal food into the accommodation unit.
• Organise or participate in any form of gambling, or social gatherings or engage in any form of business in the unit.
• Leave the unit after 12 midnight except under exigent circumstances. Students are advised to abide by this ruling for safety and security concerns.
• Allow guests of the opposite sex (except parents or guardians or siblings) into the unit.
• Possess, use or distribute illegal drugs such as ganja, heroin, morphine and any drugs listed in the Dangerous Drugs Act. Students found in violation of this ruling will be reported to the authorities.
• Consume alcohol or any other intoxicating drinks or substances in the unit.
• Possess or bring any Pornographic materials / CDs / Videos / Posters into the unit.
• Smoke in the unit.

The welfare of our students is of our greatest concern. Therefore, Taylor's Residences offers the following services:

• 24-hour security at each of our Taylor's Residences locations
• Hostel wardens
• Specially chartered shuttle bus service going to and coming from E-Tiara and Ridzuan Condominium to Subang Jaya campus and Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya campus.
• Weekly housekeeping of the common areas in the accommodation units including the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
• City tours to places of cultural and technological interest
• Organise social get togethers and games, with active participation from Resident Leaders
