Accommodation at APIIT

There are several accommodation options around APIIT TPM.

APIIT provides apartment type accommodation located close to the campus with full condominium facilities, which includes swimming pool, launderettes, clubhouses, restaurants, 24 hr security and etc. All units are furnished with basic amenities, including a living room set, dining room set, air conditioning, washing machine, kitchen and bedroom furniture. Internet Access and Satellite TV are complementary for Deluxe Accommodation.

There are also other several options to stay while studying in Kuala Lumpur. Our accommodation service will assist you with your preference of accommodation. You can get to the campus in various ways.

Vista Komanwel Apartments

APIIT provides apartment type accommodation located close to the campus with full condominium facilities, which includes swimming pool, launderettes, clubhouses, restaurants, 24 hr security and etc. All units are furnished with basic amenities, including a living room set, dining room set, air conditioning, washing machine, kitchen and bedroom furniture. Internet Access and Satellite TV are complementary for Deluxe Accommodation.

Student can also rent apartments at their own. Rental of a 3-bedroom furnished apartment unit at Vista Komanwel Apartments ranges from RM1,500 to RM1,800 per month. On a six-student per unit sharing basis, rental for each student ranges between RM 350 to RM 500 per month. Condominium facilities such as cafeteria, swimming pool, laundrette and convenience stores are available for students. 24-hour security coverage is provided to ensure the safety of residents and students.

You will then be required to fill up and submit the accommodation application form. Our Student Services Executives will guide you until you are settled with the appropriate accommodation unit.

Arena Green Apartments

The apartments are located opposite the main entrance to Technology Park Malaysia (TPM). Rental of these 2-bedroom apartments range from RM 900 to RM 1,200. Laundrette facilities and convenience stores are available within the apartments. 24-hour security coverage is provided to ensure the safety of residents and students.

Note: Students staying in the vicinity of the surrounding apartments can get to the campus by a 15-20 minute walk.

APIIT also provides a free shuttle bus service from the LRT station for students living on their own or taking the LRT or parking their vehicles at the Bukit Jalil Stadium. Students who live at APIIT provided accommodations will also have access to a special free shuttle bus service that is available at scheduled times. Should students staying in their own accommodation choose to take the special shuttle service, they may do so at a nominal charge of RM 20 per month.

Fortune Park 3 Condominium

Fortune Park Condominium is located close to the UCTI/APIIT campus and with full condominium facilities, which includes swimming pool, launderettes, clubhouses, restaurants, 24 hr security and etc. All units are furnished with basic amenities, including a living room set, dining room set, air conditioning, washing machine, kitchen and bedroom furniture. Internet Access and Satellite TV are complementary for Deluxe Accommodation.
