Accommodation & Living Expenses

Our main campus is conveniently located within the vibrant and bustling township of Kelana Jaya in Selangor. A wide variety of accommodation options are available within its vicinity, which is about 15-minutes walking distance from the campus. The campus ground is well-facilitated by ample city amenities and transportation facilities to cater to the students' needs.

As a guide, the total monthly living expenses will range approximately between MYR600 to MYR1,000 per student (or about MYR8,000 to MYR12,000 per year), depending on the student's life style.

Accommodation

The rental rate depends on the type of accommodation, location and choice of furnishings.

Furnished single storey link house

• Single room (small room) MYR150 -MYR300 per person
• Twin sharing (medium sized room) MYR150 -MYR300 per person
• Quadruple sharing (master bedroom) MYR150 -MYR300 per person

Furnished apartment unit

Recreation facilities are available suchas swimming pool, gymnasium, squash courts and others.

• Single room (small room) MYR250 -MYR300 per person
• Twin sharing (medium sized room) MYR150 -MYR300 per person
• Quadruple sharing (master bedroom) MYR150 -MYR300 per person

* Estimated Rental per month (inclusive of utilities bills)

* Deposit of a 3-month rental in advance is required to be paid upfront. All units are on a minimum contract of one year.

Meals

Approximately MYR300 - MYR500 per month.

• Hawker Centre/Restaurant MYR5 - MYR10 per meal
• Food court at shopping complex (air-conditioned) MYR10 - MYR15 per meal

Transportation

Approximately MYR30 - MYR150 per month.

• Taxi From Kuala Lumpur to Kelana Jaya- MYR 20
• Bus MYR2- MYR4, depending on distance
• Light Rail Transit (LRT) MYR90 - MYR125, per month

Others

Additional allowance, approximately MYR250 - MYR350 per month should be made for clothing, entertainment, medication (if required), books, photocopying, stationery, telephone charges, postal charges and others.
